    William R. Stuart, Principal

     Will Stuart has been in the real estate lending and brokerage business for his entire professional career spanning over 24 years. He has closed transactions involving all forms of real estate and real estate loans throughout the Western U.S. with emphasis in California. He currently serves as the Principal of Milestone Financial LLC and as Vice President of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Services in Palo Alto, CA.

    Will has extensive brokerage, lending and ownership experience in numerous types of real estate including:

    ♦ office property
    ♦ retail shopping centers
    ♦ residential land
    ♦ subdivisions
    ♦ single tenant investments

    Will also has extensive experience in real estate loan originations, escrows, exchanges, title abstracts, title insurance, and environmental compliance. He has represented numerous secured lenders including Wells Fargo, Citigroup, U.S. Small Business Administration, and U.S. Federal Bankruptcy Courts.
