♞ Negotiated contracts with General Contractor in excess of $ 516 million and an Architectural contract in excess of $10M. The Project also included a Central Utility Plant and related mechanical and HVAC equipment in excess of $65M. The total project is in excess of 1.2Billion.
♞ Prepared RFPs for three (3) replacement hospitals simultaneously. The total value of the procurement was in excess of $ 3 billion and resulted in awards to three (3) different contractors.
♞ Responsible for developing contracts (i.e. engineering, construction, consulting, and maintenance services) to ensure best value, adherence to corporate policies, Legal, Risk and Safety. The contracts ranged in value from the +/- $ 100 Thousand to the low millions depending upon current needs and available budgets.
♞ Qualified bidders, developed bid packages, formulated negotiation strategy, evaluated contract terms, costs, services, timely resolution to conflicts, amendments, and change orders.
